If there is less space in my program files drive(c:) does it affect the program to run?
Not necessarily. Two things that will slow your computer down are large registry files. These are created when you install programs. Also programs that are running in the memory can be controlled by typing msconfig into the run box, eh vista it would be that white box after the start bar.
